Town and Country Broadcasting Group comprises six local radio stations: Radio Pembrokeshire, Radio Carmarthenshire, Scarlet FM, Bay Radio and Bridge FM together with the regional station Nation Radio which covers Cardiff, Newport and Swansea on FM and South Wales on DAB.
The local stations pride themselves on being at the core of the communities they serve, broadcasting a mix of great music, local news, weather, travel and events information; whilst Nation Radio plays the best new music and classic tracks.
In July 2010, Town and Country Broadcasting agreed a brand license with IPC to operate NME Radio which will return in September 2010 with a presenter-led service available on Sky (Channel 0184), DAB Digital Radio and online at www.nme.com/radio
The group has recently posted its best ever audience reach: Radio Pembrokeshire has one of the highest market shares in UK radio and Nation Radio is enjoying a period of outstanding audience growth. The stations now have a combined weekly audience of 220,000 listeners. (Rajar Q1, 2010)

Jason Bryant, Executive Chairman
The former Programme Director of TalkSport and Development Director for Virgin Radio, Jason Bryant founded Town and Country Broadcasting to invest in Radio Pembrokeshire. Since then Jason has been the brains behind many winning radio applications and has built Town and Country Broadcasting from its roots in Pembrokeshire to highly successful media company it is today.
Jason represents Town and County Broadcasting’s interests within several RadioCentre committees and OFCOM, and is responsible for the Group’s development programme.
Martin Mumford, Managing Director
Martin has worked in commercial radio for his entire professional career, starting as a broadcaster reading travel news for Virgin Radio and working up through the ranks to become a specialist in commercial radio launches. Martin is responsible for the day to day operations of the Group.
