Every morning we'll ensure you have all the information you need to get the day off to a good start. We have the latest news and sports headlines, weather, traffic and travel and our daily Breakfast phone in where you can be the star of the show!

Get yourself into the monthly draw by guessing our Mystery TV Theme with Vaughans Radio of Quay Street, Haverfordwest. We'll give you an early riser clue at 7:15 and play you the music at 8:15 - get involved each day.

Our School of the week is with Chevron, Pembroke Refinery at 8:20 and you get to choose our daily School Run Request at 8:40 with Eddie Thomas Garage, Old Hakin Road near Tiers Cross.
