Pembrokeshire circle - Johnston

Pembrokeshire circle is a social group for people over the age of 50.

we meet twice a month at the vine, johnston.

the meetings are the first wednesday of each month, 12 noon, for lunch and a speaker.

we also meet at 7pm on the fourth tuesday of the month, when we have a speaker, but we don't eat.

in addition to our regular meetings we hold events and have trips out.

we are a friendly group and new members are always welcome.

membership is £15 per year.

anyone who has been in scouting are welcome to come along and hopefully meet up with old friends.

therapy centre, unit 13 pentood industrial estate(between arjays and plumb centre), cardigan,

sa43 3ag. there will be local crafts including quilting, jewellery and many

others some of which have been made by members of the centre. we are also very excited to be joined by jon gibbins,

a local potter who is registered blind and does amazing tactile work with ceramics. there will also be a cake

and produce stall, tombola, raffle, books and gifts. £1 entry includes

mulled wine and a mince pie. all welcome to come and browse or just to look round the centre.

volunteers will be available to explain how the centre works and who we can help.

the oxygen therapy centre (charity reg:1116086) is a local charity

treating people with ms, cancer, mnd, parkinsons and many other illnesses. we receive

no grants or funds from other sources so rely on local support to raise

over £30,000 a year to keep the centre open.
