Participatory arts project for women

Ran by arts care gofal celf this health & wellbeing project offers weekly 2hr sessions of participatory movement & arts workshops for women of all ages to engage in. the project also offers a crèche for any preschool children to attend whilst mums have me time. acgc offer drop in costs at £3:50 per adult & £1:50 per child. new members always welcome. why not come along & meet other ladies & have the opportunity throughout the year to explore a variety of professionally led arts workshops including belly dance, visual arts, music making, drumming, contemporary dance & much more.

SANDS Support Group

If you or someone you know have been affected by the loss of a baby, then Pembrokeshire SANDS meet once a month to offer support and the chance to talk with someone who knows exactly what you're going through. The meetings are held at Plas Hyfryd Hotel in Narberth from 6.30 to 8.30pm on the second Wednesday of every month. For more information, message us on the Pembrokeshire Sands facebook page, or you can just turn up at one of our meetings.

The patsy club are organising a fund raising quiz night in aid of the dai rees foundation, he was tragically drowned 18 months ago and he had made it his mission to take life saving equipment, redundant by the health authority to the maldives and nepal and train locals there how to use it, he was on a training trip when he lost his life.

the dai rees foundation is a registered charity

teams of 4 are invited to compete

tickets are £10 per person each and include a bar meal and a glass of wine
